PRIMARY PURPOSE / FUNCTION:
Facilitate the efficient operation of administrative offices providing clerical services for ECHS, the Dean of Advanced Academics and CTE Campus Coordinator
This position is available to begin July 1, 2017 - 221 days - 7.5 hours/day
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with students, adults, and staff
Proficient in office procedures and able to create efficient systems of office operations
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office for spreadsheets, databases, and word processing
Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Patient and calm demeanor with students and others
Experience:
Experience in office work, school experience preferred |
